Western brings a slight edge into Jacques Lemaire Arena on Thursday at 10:00 PM EDT, while Univar tries to get off the mark in the first meeting of the season. The game comes in Division 3, with Western sitting on three points from its lone result and Univar still at zero in Division 2.

Western’s opening night was a big one, an 11-5 win over Beerly Legals, and the scoring was spread through the lineup: Kevin Pitts and Jack Lepage both scored three goals, while Joe Lepage had five points and Zachary Isaacson had four. Jarod Boudreau is the goalie listed for Western after one game. On the other side, Univar has scored twice in two games, with Alain Tassé and Julien Guilbault each at one goal, and Marc-Andre Pare has started both of their games. With the first meeting of the season still ahead, the question is whether Western’s quick start carries over or whether Univar can turn those early chances into its first points.
