Lucas McConnell had a hat trick and five points as Tuna Capri beat Les Tout Croches (Weeknight) 7-1 at DDO2. McConnell scored twice in the first period, added another in the third, and Karol Suprynowicz chipped in a goal and two assists in the win.

The visitors took control quickly. McConnell set up Karol Suprynowicz for the opener, then scored the game-winner at 15:00 of the first period to make it 2-0. Matt Barker added another before the intermission, and Sebastien Archambault briefly got Les Tout Croches on the board in the second.

That was as close as it got. McConnell scored short-handed late in the second, then Louis Gazaille, McConnell again and Brian Cafua piled on in the third. Brian Cafua scored his first goal of the season.

Kevin Faucher made the start and earned the win for Tuna Capri, while Alexandre Mercier took the loss for Les Tout Croches. Tuna Capri improved to 2-1, and Les Tout Croches fell to 1-2. In Division 5, Tuna Capri sit third with 6 points and Les Tout Croches sit 10th with 3.
